TIME SKIP-AFTER A WEEK

AT AN UNKNOWN MANSION

"My honey bear, come here." Said an old aged man. He sighed and went to the couch taking a seat on it. "Ne?" "I found a girl for you." "Who is she?" "Shin Yn." He frowned. "Where did you find her?" "I asked my friend if he knows someone. He told me about one of his friends daunghter."

"Do you have a pic of her?" "Anniyo." "Are we gonna meet her?" "Yes. Today at 7 pm." "Appa I have a mission." "Do you wanna marry?" "Ne." "Then why do you always give the same excuse? It's the fourth time you're giving me excuse when I talked about your match?"

He lowered his head. "C'mon, It's not that hard. Why are you running away? I'm just finding matches for you. I will just select one and leave it to you. The last decision would be yours." "I-I don't know how a married life is, that's the only reason I don't wanna marry." "My honey bear, Would you like to date the girl before marrying one?" Said his mom.

"Anniyo eomma. I don't wanna date. I don't want to waste my time with a random girl." She sighed. " So will you meet her?" His father asked. He sighed and nodded having no other option. "But I do have a mission." " But we have informed them we're visiting them by 7." " You informed them before asking me?" He said a little offended.

" Sorry my baby bear. I had to. They said to inform them as soon as possible." " I'll come after completing my mission." " What we'll do then? At what time can you come back?" " 7:30 pm" " Fine then. We'll handle everything till then."

AT SHIN MANSION

" Yn, I found a match for you."  Said Yn's father. " Jinjja? Who?" " Kim Taehyung!" She nodded with a pout. " Do you have a pic of him?" " Anniyo. But he and his parents will visit here by 7 pm." Her eyes widened. " T-Today?" " Ne." She nodded composing herself. " I-I am g-going to my room for p-preparations then. " Her parents nodded and she left.

She climbed up the stairs. Once she confirmed she was out of their site, she ran to her room. Not making much noise, she closed her room's door and leaned her body on the door. She breathed heavily. "Today, 7 pm, and it's already 3 pm. AHHHHH!" She shouted not loud enough and ran towards her bed. Plopping on the bed, her back facing the ceiling.

She face palmed herself. "They are coming in just 4 hours and I have done nothing ...." She said in one breathe. "I've to prepare myself. Last time I was so nervous that I messed up the whole time. Glasses that fell, my hands which were shaking hard, falling for nothing, zoning out every moment. URGHHH! THAT WAS SOO EMBARRASSING!" She said and grabbed a pillow, snuggling her face in it, she screamed to free herself from the frustration.

"What should I do now!?!! Should I run away?! But what will be it's benefit?! I have nothing and nowhere to run away..............." She sighed. "I have no choice but to calm myself for the whole meeting." She said being all tensed.

TIME SKIP-7:00 PM

The bell rang giving almost a heart attack to Yn. She kept her palm on her chest calming her heart making her way downstairs. The maids opened the door. The maids bowed and Yn's parents came. "Hello Mr. Kim! Hopefully coming here wasn't a big deal." "Absolutely not Mr. Shin." " Glad to hear that." They said and hugged each other. Their wives hugged each other too.

"Taehyung?" Mr. Shin asked looking behind them. "Oh! I'm sorry. He had an important mission. He will be here by 7:30." " Oh! Okay. No problem. Please come in." Mr. Shin pleaded. They came in. Taking a seat, they spoke. "Oh I'm sorry. I told him to come as soon as possible." "Gwenchana. That's not a problem. Half an hour will pass easily till we will talk." Mr. Kim smiled." Oh! Yn? How sincere she is." Mrs. Kim said looking at her.

Her heart beat accelerated." Kam- kamsahabnida." The maids served some snacks. " I'm glad he is not here yet. I have time till 7:30 to prepare myself more. Just some hours and then I will be free from another match." She thought.

She smiled.

TIME SKIP-7:30 PM

The bell rang. Her heart beat accelerated again. The maids opened the door revealing her match. She bit her lower lip in nervousness. She excused herself and went to the kitchen.

I looked around in nervousness. These are maids I guess. The maids bowed. The maids stepped aside signalling me to enter. I thanked them and entered. I found my parents and my match's parents sitting. I bowed to them. "Anneyeonghaseyo! Naneun Kim Taehyung." "Oh! Come have a seat Taehyung." I sat beside my parents in nervousness. I looked around to detect a young lady or may I say my match.

I frowned detecting no young lady. Is she too out for some work same as me? The maid came to me with a glass of water. I took it and had a sip still in confusion. Soon my eyes went to my side when I heard- "I am sorry. I just went to make a call." Said a girl. I looked at her and my eyes widened so does her.

She is the same girl I met a week ago. Is she my match?

YN POV

I climbed downstairs and I apologized for excusing myself. I stole a glance at my match with a racing heart. But soon I had to look at him again not being sure of what I just saw. HE IS THE SAME MAN WHO HELPED ME A WEEK AGO!

I couldn't take my gaze off him because of shock. I looked at him with widened eyes so did he.

Soon we both broke the eye contact when we heard our parents calling us. "What happened to you both? Why are you both looking at each other like that?" Said my dad. "I-it's nothing." He answered. I took a seat beside my parents in front of him.

I lowered my head not being able to make an eye contact with him. I can feel his gaze at me. I just looked at the side towards my parents to avoid him.

"I think they both look good with each other." Said his mother. I blushed and unknowingly my heart fluttered. "Ye. May I know her age?" "24 years. May I know his?" "27 years" " Oh! There's not much gap. That's nice." " I think they both would love each other's company." " Yes. What do you both think?" Asked my mother.

He shifted his gaze from me to my mother. I too stole a glance from him. We both were silent. We know nothing to answer. I just twinkled my eyes. "A-a" He muttered. "Let them see themselves." "You both can go upstairs to Yn's room and have a talk to see if you both will actually enjoy each other's company."
